Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of kitcellar.com and to any order you place with KitCellar ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell football shirts, kits and training wear, including personalised items. Product photos are for illustration. Colours, badges and detailing can vary slightly between batches and screens. Our shirts are not official club merchandise unless a product description states otherwise.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Personalisation

You're responsible for checking names, numbers, font and size before ordering. Don't request names, words or numbers that are offensive or that you don't have the right to use. We may refuse personalisation requests we consider inappropriate. Personalised items are made to order and are covered by our Refund policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and your 14-day right to cancel are covered by our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for indirect losses or business losses. Nothing limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or copy its content for commercial use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU you may also have rights under your local consumer law.
