Free delivery, everywhere

Every order ships free. There's no minimum spend.

Delivery times are estimates from the day your order is placed and don't include weekends or bank holidays. Personalised shirts are made to order, so please allow the full window.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Customs & import charges

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays & lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, email support@kitcellar.com with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can change it if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

We want you to love your kit. Because most of our shirts are made to order, we handle returns a little differently from a high-street shop. Please read this before you buy.

1. Personalised shirts

Shirts printed with a name, number or other custom details are made especially for you, so they can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or the personalisation is wrong. Please double-check spelling, size and font before you place your order.

2. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered (wrong team, size or print), email support@kitcellar.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement as quickly as possible. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

3. Sizing issues

Got the wrong size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@kitcellar.com and we'll sort it out, usually with an exchange or store credit. Check our size guide on each product page to get it right first time.

4. Your 14-day right to cancel (non-personalised items)

If you're buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel an order for non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do this:

• Email support@kitcellar.com within 14 days of delivery telling us you want to cancel. Please contact us first. Items sent back without contacting us can't be matched to your order.
• We'll reply with the return address. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
• Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
• We'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back. We may reduce the refund if the item has been worn or handled beyond what's needed to check it.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
