How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
United Kingdom: 5–12 working days. Rest of the world: 7–15 working days. Times are estimates from the day you order and don't include weekends or bank holidays. Personalised shirts are made to order, so please allow the full window.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order is tracked, and we'll email you a tracking link once it's dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.
Will I pay customs charges?
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are paid by the customer.
Personalisation
Does name and number printing cost extra?
No, name and number printing is free. See our personalisation guide for how it works.
Can I return a personalised shirt?
Personalised shirts are made for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or the printing is wrong. Please check spelling, size and lettering before you order.

How do I choose a size?
Our size guide shows how to measure a shirt you already own and compare it with our sizes.
What if it doesn't fit?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help, usually with an exchange or store credit.
Returns & problems
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email support@kitcellar.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement.
Can I return something I've changed my mind about?
Yes, for non-personalised items, within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Full details are in our refund policy.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can make changes until your order is dispatched; personalised items may already be in production.
How can I pay?
We accept major debit and credit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout.
Are your shirts official club merchandise?
Our shirts are not official club merchandise unless a product description says otherwise.
